QUIET THE CONTRARY
Senior Thesis Collection
A binary discourse balanced between condensed appliqué of fickle floral patterns fluidly amalgamated to a floor of solid checkers. Two basic themes commonly perceived as appropriate for representing mandate characteristics assigned to him and her.
The contrasting patterns printed and woven; the meticulous cut of apparent shapes patiently sewn, compose the collection reciting a tale of pleasure in exploring other parts of human nature.
The collection is a discourse illustrated in three different passages. The him and the her on opposite sides of the spectrum using literal themes of flowers and checkers to illustrate and interpret the prescribed formulas of an institution.
In middle of the him and the her, blurs lines, merges static and fluid in a marriage. It dissolves foundations creating clashes of reminiscent of an unwanted contrary, quietly weaving a perceived other human.
